Oracle releases a package of 57 new Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications for smartphones and tablets.

Oracle released 57 new mobile apps for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. They are available for downloading from Apple’s App Store and from Google Play for Android. The purpose of these apps is to enable out-of-office employees to manage business processes. This streamlines key jobs and makes them more efficient, thus bringing measurable advantages to businesses. The solutions provided support such corporate areas as Maintenance, Service, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and Health & Safety Incident Management. All the apps feature a modern UI and a simple installation pattern, thus shortening the deployment time. The applications are available for users of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne v. 9.1 with Tools and, like in the case of previously offered applications, they are available free of charge, without any additional license fees except charges for modules on which these applications are based. According to Lyle Ekhdala, Vice-President of Oracle in charge of JD Edwards, organizations tend to show increased demand for simple mobile applications to streamline their processes and to leverage the increased efficiency. JD Edwards mobile applications give users access to key functionalities whenever and wherever they need it. For more information, visit:
